'Piglet' cookies 猪仔饼
In ages past, leftover dough from the mooncake-making process was not wasted: it was cut into small pieces, roughly shaped into the likeness of mini piglets, and baked to be given to children as snacks. Over time, our piglets became so in-demand that we started making these cookies specially, patiently shaping each cookie by hand.
Available in three sizes: mini finger-size piglets (pack of approximately 20 pieces, net weight 280g), medium palm-size animals (pictured in foreground, pack of 10 pieces), large hand-size dollies (pack of 5 pieces). All are suitable for ovo-lacto vegetarians.
