By popular demand, our famous Chinese New Year pineapple tarts are given a Mid-Autumn makeover. Made larger and rounder to reflect the Harvest Moon's shape, these Pineapple Moon pastries are stuffed full of caramelised shredded pineapple. Each bite-size pastry is shaped by hand to control with finesse the thickness of the buttery crust. The filling is prepared from scratch at our premises, cooked over many hours on a gentle heat to avoid charring. As such, only small batches are made at a time.
Available plain (pictured), or with a shelled whole walnut for a bit of crunch. Both are suitable for ovo-lacto vegetarians. Sold in a box of 24 pieces. Subject to availability.
